I’m on a crusade to help grassroots soccer coaches conquer their coaching challenges.
Hello, I am the Founder of Global Soccer Education, a company I created to help grassroots soccer coaches develop better people, players and teams.
In the past, I was an Academy Coach at Southampton FC, the Academy Director at Burnley FC and a Coach Educator with the English FA.
My proudest moment as a coach happened in 2014 when I completed the UEFA Pro License, the highest coaching certification in world soccer.
The biggest lesson I learned as a coach is that soccer doesn’t need to be complicated. Coaching is becoming more academic and scientific as coaching methods evolve and new theories arise.
Grassroots soccer is getting overloaded and I want to help make coaching simple.

Currently a Coach Developer with the English Football Association and Solent University. Previous academy player at Cambridge United FC and semi-professional player in England and the United States.
Has coached non-league and university teams. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Studies and a MSc in Athletic Development and Peak Performance.

Former professional player with Portsmouth FC and Northern Ireland Youth International. Previously an Academy Coach at Southampton FC and Youth Scout at Liverpool FC and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
Currently the Football Studies Course Leader at Solent University. Has a MSc in Football Coaching and studying a PhD in Coaching and Analysis.
